I had my first visit with Energize Therapy today. I was welcomed by Jack, who is very knowledgeable and made me feel very welcome.
My physio was with Pippa and she was also fantastic and very knowledgeable. I look forward to my recovery time with Energize Therapy.

Jack was really helpful in diagnosing my knee injury, he gave me a handful of exercises to do in the gym to help me recover.
I’ve been receiving physio from Jack at Energise Therapy now for over a year for different issues. Jack always listens to my concerns and issues and works with me to find exercises to help remedy my problems. Jack not only helps during the sessions but also is happy for me to contact him inbetween sessions with updates on my progress or for other advice on areas I’m struggling with. I’d certainly recommend Energise Therapy to friends and family for any issues they have in the future.

I've been seeing Jack at Energize for a few months now for help with my back and my back issues are nearly resolved. I cannot recommend Energize Therapy enough, Jack and Pippa have been so helpful and I'm so glad able to get through most days without constant back pain now
Jack always takes the time to give good advice on actions that you can apply yourself to help deal with your specific condition.
Having experienced back trauma in 2012, and then back surgery in 2017 - I’ve been on a mission to find some form of therapy that is beneficial in reducing my general pain and improve my physical condition.
Therapies experienced previously have consisted of chiropractors, osteopaths, muscle manipulation and trigger point, acupuncture, cupping etc… most of which (not all!), create some short term relief but don’t address the underlining issue to the cause of my pain.
What is great about Jack is that I can see him thinking each session on how to address the current problem whether that’s tension relief through massaging or by assigning certain exercises (with demo) that will help correct the issue. Each session is tailored to my needs whether part of a short or longer term plan.

I would recommend Energize Therapy 100 percent. Jack has helped me over the past few months with a back problem that I thought I could perhaps manage myself and I am so glad that I made the call to Energize. My back pain has gone and Jack has given me exercises to move forward with to help to prevent the issue returning. Jack is a very professional and informative physiotherapist and above all is a really nice person. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him and would without doubt return in the future if I felt the need to do so. 5 star service.
Jack is absolutely full of knowledge and experience when it comes to the body, how it breaks and how best to fix it in a way that's comfortable and convenient to you. Highly recommended
Jack helped me get back on the golf course after a pretty serious shoulder impingement issue. Also ended up helping me with long standing knee, hip and elbow tendonitis issues. His knowledge and enthusiasm for helping people is really top notch. Highly recommend.
Very knowledgable physio, well experienced with sports rehab and helped me with my shin splints and getting back to running!
I came to Jack with shin splints whilst training for the London marathon and he has been an amazing help. Without Jack, I doubt I’d be able to be running it. He has given me the exercises I need to strengthen the areas of weakness and made me feel instantly at ease with his guidance and support. Would recommend Jack to anyone in need of an honest and friendly physio!

I have visited Jack on numerous occasions for physio and each time came out feeling the benifits of his experience and advice, just show when you are given the right exercise to do it really works, I would definitely recommend Jack.
